Im am a new member to this site, i have recieved my statements for the last 6 years which i sent £10 for.

I sent a letter to Natwest in Borehamwood stating a rundown of my charges and with interest totaling over £2000,

i requested that they pay all the default charges which i believe to be unlawful, and asked for a reply within 14 days.

will this letter be good enough?

Hi LAncslass1. First of all have a good read of the FAQs (link below). You will also find the process to follow in the library, and as they say of its not broken dont fix it! Use the templates that you will find in the library, these are proven to work!.

It will take quite a bit more than just a letter asking for your charges back (see NatWest Forum) but you have started which is one step closer.

Go through the process and templates over and over so you understand what you are doing. Also read the threads in the Natwest forum to see how others have done in their quest.

Start a thread of you own in there too so you can ask questions and get answers from others who are in same boat as you

Good luck
