help do i include o/draft interest

i have noticed from my statements there are quite a lot of small amounts for the following:


01/11/2006 CHG O/DRAFT INTEREST 1.20DR


do i add this as a charge from the bank to try to claim back

Hi Simon

The overdraft interest is quite a complicated one to work out, as you can claim parts of it but not all of it. As it's usually quite a small amount, a lot of people do not bother claiming it. There are spreadsheets available to work it out if you decide to go for it.

I have other charges also can you advise me which of these i can claim back

Overdraft Usage Fee 25.00

Overdraft Excess Fee 20.00

You can definitely claim those above along with any 'Unpaid DD / Chq / SO fees'.
