We sent off the SAR back on the 30th Nov and have heard nothing since, now by my calculations that meens that they only have 5 more days to repley to our request before they are in breach of the DATA protection act.

Now I was just looking on this thread and noticed a post with the Name and Address of their DATA protection officer, should we give them a call to try and get things sorted out, or should we just prepare to hit them with the breach? In which case how do we go about this?

I have now got a really big hair across my A$%e because of some realy excessive charges made on my wifes account this month. £125 for going a grand total of £7.38 overdrawn!

Hi

I would try ringing them first, have you got the phone number? If not I'm sure it will be on here somewhere.

Let us know how you get on.
