Hi everyone

I intend to comfront the HSBC and get a full refund. I have just sent my request to the data controller.

Out of the the 2 guides can anyone tell which one is better to get, I'm thinking of going for the small claims textboot?

thanks

Hi superman.

Personally i found all the info i needed on the site and didn't bother with any guides. Peoples personal experiences told me as much as i needed to know.

Good luck

The small claims textbook is an additional tool and quite a good read.

It also has the benefit of being read away from the pc in fact between those annoying adverts for double glazing while youre watching tv:D
