hi all!

i am still battling to get all my figures straight before i send the prelim.

I have seen people mentioning interest charges on here and wondered if this was the very small interest charges appearing on my statement. Do I need to add these up and claim for these too?

I am still unsure as to whether my initial claim should include interest that I charge them, or do I wait until I have recieved the first refusal letter. I want to sent this letter off tomorrow so please, any advice is appreciated.

Thanks

Charliuk

You should not add any interest charges on the claim itself BEFORE submitting your claim to court.

Read the faqs again !!

thanks

Sorry to be a nuisance. missed that bit on the faqs last night but have now found them.

Just to be clear, I dont even add these small interest charges to the claim yet, they go on later when the spreadsheet would add the 8%?
