Hi

I received a letter from HSBC after 2 months stating that "the relevant department is still dealing with issuing out my statements". I've sent a LBA letter to HSBC nearly two weeks ago, it's very frustrating as HSBC are very uncooperative

I am going to take this to Court, being disabled and unable to work I am available to attend the hearing on any date schedule.

My question is how do I go about making a claim to the courts??

Jaz all the answers are in the FAQs and step by step guide contained therein, you need to do quite a bit of reading around to understand what it is that you're doing. Start a thread in your banks forum also to let us know your progress.

Agreed.

In addition you should have exemption from court fees.
