Hi

SAR sent 21st December - recipt denied (wasn't registered post) will send new copy registered today 3/1/2007

This is a standard ERC claim plus a few silly costs I expect (hence SAR)

I will go all the way with Compound Contractual Interest (sadly only at mortgage rate but still better that statutory)

I will not except less than 100% plus interest plus costs and I will not accept a gagging clause

They will want confidentiality - I will show them confidence!!!

Gung ho etc

Just some simple entertainment

In my Statements the ERC was annotated as "ERC Cash Gift"

Someone ought to let C&G know that it is better to give than to deceive

Good Luck with your claim. I am a few days behind you.

I have received my SAR and am looking at what can be claimed.

I have paid this mortgage in full, so like you, I will not settle for anything other than 100% + Interest (In my case I think Statutory 8% is better than my mortgage rate of 5.89%).

Incidentally, I was in Lloyds TSB updating my address details on Monday, and the guy asked me if I would like a mortgage at under 2% for a fixed term. I laughed out loud and said "If I do mortgage again, it won't be with C&G."

Lloyds TSB (C.Acc) **WON - Fully Settled**

NatWest - £1367.96 - N1 Filed - AQ Compl

Lloyds TSB - Select Loan PPI - £4629.52 - N1 Filed - Settlement rejected

Lloyds TSB Credit Card - £373.48 - N1 Filed

MBNA Credit Card - £791.52 - N1 Filed

Capital One - £746.67 - N1 Filed -** Settlement awaited **

Halifax Credit Card - £836.12 - N1 Filed

Paragon Personal Finance - S.A.R 15/12/2006

Littlewoods - £834.43 - N1 Filed

Barclaycard - £1145.00 - N1 Filed

My Wife:

Natwest Current Account - £1197.98 - N1 Filed at Court

Capital One - £1150.94 - N1 Filed - **Settlement offer rejected **

Littlewoods - £1405.48 - N1 Filed

8-) PROUD TO BE DEALING WITH MY DEBTS! 8-)

Martin I would love nothing more for lloyds to remortgage for me at a good price - especially if there was a big erc - I would do it for the pleasure of taking advantage of the deal then I would back out paying my erc - then I would wait 12 years and go back at them for the erc plus compound interest just for the pleasure of giving them a taste of their own medicine
