Hello there I'm new here and I'm actually interested in making a claim for my bro.

Without going into too much detial Natwest really didn't help him when he was out of work, they've hammered him with two thousand pounds worth of charges. If I can get this money back... well I'd feel great as I could finally say I was able to help out my big brother.

Thanks in advance for any advice you give, BTW I don't know if you will be interested but I was directed to this site from the motley fool website I think most people who post there have a high opinion of this site.

I also work for Nationwide Building Society (NOT BANK!!!!!!!) and plan on raising my concerts at the earliest opportunity, can't banks and building societes see they're walking into a PR nightmare?

Look I've gotten all carried away now.

Anyway hi and can I just say I love places like this? The support every step of the way and the willingness to help out others is very refereshing indeed :)

I'll be posting in the Natwest forum once I get finsihed with the reading...

The views I express here are mere speculation based on my experience. I am not qualified nor insured to give legal advice and any action you take will be at your own risk.

If you work for a bank or financial institution then you need to PM Dave or BankFodder. It is standard procedure so nothing to worry about. Welcome to the CAG, always good to see a Bank Worker on the forums.

have a good read around and when you are ready post a thread in the Nat West forum for your brother. Keep it uopdated and we can support you as needed through the various stages.

The site rules say that you have to declare to admin (BankFodder or Dave) that you are a bank worker. There are a couple on here who are known to us - Natweststaffmember being the most prominent one and is very helpful and their advice is respected by members, mods and site helpers.

Probably me you come across on the fool;)

Good Luck with your brothers claim.
