Ive sent the letter stateing how much the bank owe me, they have responded with a letter saying they are sorry Im unhappy, they are within their rights and if I want to take it futher I should write to the Customer Relations Manager. What letter should I send now & do I need to send it to the Customer Services Manager

hi dave.

in the first letter you will have stated that you would like them to show you a full breakdown of their charges in order to reassure you their charges are fair.send the letter before action and just add a few lines stating that they have not assured you their charges are fair and give them a futher 14 days. after this time is up if they have not responded positively then move onto to the next stage.

you can send your letter to the crm but make sure you send it recorded so you can prove they received it.
