Hi this is Susan. Please can someone advise me how to proceed to the second stage to claim my charges back. I have been referred to three different departments within the Nat West with an anticipated reply by 28th December. I am geting a bit irritated with their delaying tactics. Is there another template I can send? I am not very good at navigating my way around the website.

Susan- have you read the FAQ's oh and only one department should deal with unfair charges which is Customer Relations Unit. Which letter have you sent so far?
