Hi all i am new to this but have down loaded the data protection act letter requesting a copy of my statements for the last 6 years however i am not sure who i send it to, is it my local bank? Also who do i make the £10 payable to, do i send cheque/PO etc?

I actually just telephoned my natwest branch & asked for the statements, they only charged me £5.00 per account and i rec'd all 3 accounts within the week. Just an idea!!

Court date 23rd May(bring it on!!!!)

Paid up 3 wks before court date - all done & dusted ( for now lol)

Thanks all for your replies, just one Question, if i phone up and ask for my statements can i use them if i need to go further then just asking them to refund my charges?
