Hi everyone i have tried many times to call rachel Tomlinson to no avail and was wondering if anyone can give me another number to contact someone to ask when they will be sending out my money. I am officially at the end of my tether.

Thats the one ive been calling. I must have tried 10 times and nothing. I even left voicemail messages asking her to call me...still nothing.

found the thread i was looking for (finally) don't know what they are but here they are:.

 

Ooo, it took me ages and alot of discussion to get these numbers for D & G Solictors and other HSBC numbers.

really don't know what - but they seem to be similar???? might work. actually, back to my original reply - think you should ask the court for the delay in filing aq

couldnt get thru to rachel but i did speak to a guy who was very helpful. he said that there is a backlog of claims and that they are dealing with them today. He said to check internet banking as your account will show a credit then debit of the amount immediately and that shows the cheque has been drawn. we shoulkd receive it shortly after.
