There are some threads about YB asking for claims to be struck out because the N1 ( or MCOL) was only in 1 name.

I have 3 claims to put in 2 single and one joint. Can anyone show me where these threads are please?

I need to know whether to start a claim separate for all 3 or 1 claim for all 3.

Thanks

Can't direct you to those threads, but if YB threaten this I suggest you refer them to CPR 19.6:

Representative parties with same interest

19.6 (1)Where more than one person has the same interest in a claim –

(a)the claim may be begun; or

(b)the court may order that the claim be continued,

by or against one or more of the persons who have the same interest as representatives of any other persons who have that interest.
