hi! im another person claiming back my charges from the hsbc. they did not reply to my first letter, i sent the second letter on the 20th dec, to which they replyied apologising for not completing their investigation and will contact you again by 25 jan 2007. they also enc a complaints leaflet. i am confused as 25 jan is far longer than the 14 days given in my letter. any advice please!

Ignore it.

Its just a stalling tactic.

Stick to your timetable!

14 days prelim,

14 days LBA,

then court!

 

They like to try and take control of the process, don't let them! :-D
