yes, i've got a court date for march but i know the cheque is on its way!! i spoke to cobbetts last week.

i don't know what to put in the letter for my second claim because obviously i want to let them know that i've started proceedings against them once and i'm quite prepared to do it again!!

cheers

sorry natweststaffmember i'm prob just being thick but how can i reword the prelim letter to let them know that i've claimed once and it's more cost effective for them to settle straight away rather than have me claim through court again?
