Hi

 

I have just worked out since I opened my account with NatWest a step account - basic, that I have been charged £665.

 

I am now going to try and reclaim those charges.

 

Mine are for direct debit / standing order refusal due to lack of funds.

 

Has anybody had experiance with Natwest over these issues.

Yes 1000's of people have, please take ur time and read aruond the site to understand what it it you are doing and what is involved, have a read around the self help material and inparticular the Natwest forum.

 

Then when you are ready start a thread in the NW forum and keep us informed of your progress.
