Hi to all.. disgruntled Halifax customer here!! Just sent 2nd letter out..and had a big NO as a reply. :mad: Now sort of stuck as im thinking i may actually have to start the court thing...and that's a bit scary!!! Anyone else had success from Halifax without having to do this :confused:

Good to see that you have made a good start.

There can be a number of reasons why they have responded negatively but this is not unusual in fact you may well get a part offer after sending the lba.

You have a timetable and one which the Halifax are more than aware of by now.

If you look at the settled cases as well as those close to it you will feel more easy.

If its any consolation I wish all my claims were as simplistic and as smooth as My Halifax claim.....I am sure many others would agree.

Meantime you should concentrate on your next step do not be put off by the threat of court action.....this is you who is calling the shots remember !!
