I'm taking YB to court they have till16th April to submit defence pls could you give me details of thier defence sent to you? getting nervous!:-|

These can vary slightly lancashirelass, as every case is different, so it is probably best to wait and see what you get, but don't worry too much as YB have yet to get anywhere near a court. Keep reading up on everything, as the more you understand the more confident you will be.
