Greetings one and all,

It does feel good to have joined a community where we all have the same goal and there is such a wealth of experience to be had.

It gives me some heart going into what would appear to be a long long battle against Yorkshire (from what I have read on the YB threads).

So I go into the new year on the brink of sending my first letter to YB requesting my back dated statements.........no doubt a long a very winding road.

All the best to all.

Ross

Hi and welcome.

I take it you are sending a SAR into YB? If you are then i would send it and then i would wait two weeks and call them up to chase it up, there is no reason why it takes 40days for this. You do have to allow 40days but there is no reason why after two weeks you can't call them to see how its going ;)

Good Luck.
