Returned Nike product via Evri, but to date no refund.

Recommended Posts

I returned an item bought from nike online but I have still not received the refund back into my account.

When I contacted nike they said that I need to contact evri as the parcel is not delivered back to the warehouse and they can't process refund until than.

When I contact evri they say that since its been more then 5 days I need to contact the merchant to receive my refund.

i dont know what i should do in this case

that's why i have come here to get some advice.

  • dx100uk changed the title to Returned Nike product via Evri, but to date no refund.

retitled and moved to the postal forum.

on what date did you return the item?

and why did you return the items?

were they faulty or simply not wanted.

looking like evri lost the parcel then or ni(c)ked it!!

did you contact nike before the return?

who provided the label and chose evri and paid for the postage you or Nike?

100's of like threads here

spend a good few days reading a good 10-20 topics a day here after hitting evri or typing evri in our search top right in the red banner

Who actually arranged for the return? Was this arranged by the seller or did you make your own arrangements?

Were these shoes properly declared and was the so-called insurance purchased

Also presumably you have a tracking number. So what does the tracking record say?

nike pre provide the labels

arguably here the easiest target is nike because they will give in very easily.
