Just in the process of typing my LBA (not that I am expecting the bank to fail to respond positively or anything!!) and was wondering what was meant by the text in blue in the template. It reads:

Furthermore, I shall submit a Consumer Credit Act 1974 complaint to the OFT upon the basis that you have failed to comply with the OFT's direction of 5 April 2006 and are therefore not a 'fit and proper person' to hold a consumer credit licence under the 1974 Act. If you do not understand what this means then seek advice from your legal department.


What exactly is the complaint I could send - if there is anything I can do to hurt the bank then great I will gladly do it but not sure exactly what it is I need to do.
