Ok Quick update.....

Whilst my last claim was being processed and since that was finalised HSBC in their infinate wisdom have applied a further £600 in charges - how, is anybodies guess because I cant even work out where these charges have come from - all they state is Overdraft Charges of £120 per month - dear lord!!!!

I have an arranged OD of £2K which hovers around the £1K mark surely thats not worth £120 per month????????

Anyway, on the statement is says charge so charge it is and charging right back in there is Allyxia with her second claim!

Since my first claim I have managed to clear Up both mine and my OH credit file so getting an account with favorable T & C should not be problem!

I anticipate they will want me to close this account down.

To add further fuel to the fire whilst I was in the middle of my previous claim with them, I started mortgage application which was approved subject to valuation and a signed copy of agreement.

Well it was retuned to them a few weeks ago and surprise surprise it has been turned down - reason - credit scoring!!

Which beggers belief as A: we have a good credit score and B: they had already credit checked us prior to their offer being sent to us.

Methinks something else is afoot here.

So I will also write to them asking them exactly how they have come to this desicsion?

Anyway in the meantime I though I would start a new thread regarding my second claim aginst HSBC though its my 6 claim (including for others) intotal.

I can do this with my eyes shut now eh!
