I have received various PCN’s prior to a house fire in November 2022 and unfortunately all the paperwork also went up in flames. Temporarily housed elsewhere and not moved back in August2023. Any paper documents went up in flames obviously and alot of mail that came to the house went missing as the postmen still posted mail through a burnt door and we hadn’t had a redirection of mail in place until February 2023.

I lost all my worldly possessions and whilst I will get some money back for the things I lost I still am in a  desperate position of needing a place to live and to buy back even the basic essentials for daily living.

During this period I have been receiving frequent texts and mail threatening me with removal of goods of which I have none. My former address is my parents which is where the fire took place. The enforcers have visited  the property and would have seen first hand the roasted remnants  and charred debris when they left and continue to leave warning notices that my possessions will be removed if I don’t pay.

I have written to their welfare departments explaining the events and said that the house belongs to my parents who are elderly, particularly that my dad has terminal cancer and that any visits to their home and threats to remove goods will be regarded as harassment and they’ve no right to remove goods from that address as they items there don’t belong to me. They’ve ignored me and continue to make threats of visiting the house or applying to the courts for a CCJ.

How can I get them to back off?

The threats have become a reality and they have now come to my parents place , found my car to which they have attached clamps immobilising my car.

I’m now not able to ferry my parents to the hospital or assist with shopping etc

They are ruthless and just don’t care.
what do I do now?

They are acting on behalf of Enfield Council.

P.S. RUNDLES and CDER are part of the same group.

  • dx100uk changed the title to CDER (Rundles) Enforcement Agents ignore requests to stop harrasment

that was the only vulnerable asset you owned, which i assume you do.

to be quite frank, any enforcement agency will never be concerned and in fact 99% of what you told them is a sob story, true or not and is none of their business nor concern.

have you approached the council directly.?

£14k on a PI?? :noidea: there is obv very more behind this story that we nor they are a party too and neither should we be.
