I sent a letter to C&G telling them I,m not happy with there charges as in libary, the letter I got back is THANK YOU FOR LETTER DATED 18TH FEB.TO BRING THIS MATTER TO OUR ATTENTION . YOUR CASE WILL BE PASSED TO ONE OF OUR CASE OFFICERS SHORTLY.THEY WILL INVESTIGATE IT IN FULL AND ISSUE YOU WITH A RESPONSE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE,BUT IN ANY EVENT WITHIN THE NEXT FOUR WEEKS. If you know the amount they owe you, start proceedings after their time is up - the time YOU specified, not them. If you said 7 days as per your first letter, then after their 7 days are up - sue them.[/ttquote] thanks will start proceedings Monday
