Hi everyone,

This is my first message as I am new to this forum.

I want to claim charges from Halifax over the past six years, in my estimation approximately £800+.

The problem I have is that I got so fed up with the service from this bank, that I closed my account six months ago and switched to another bank.

Can I still ask for the last six year's worth of statements and attempt to make a claim?

I would be extremely grateful if anyone could provide me with an answer to this question.

Longbow.

Read the FAQs. Then read them again. That will answer most of your questions.

Start your own thread in the Lloyds/T.S.B. forum and post any questions you have in your own post. Also use it for progress reports.

Before any advice can be offered we need to know the history of the claim.
