Well, after two months of unsatisfactory replies from Natwest, I finally racked up the courage and filed my claim in the county court today. The claim amounts to £3,557 including court fees.

 

They had initially offered a settlement of £369 which I rejected and gave them a further seven days to reply but nothing. So here we are.......

 

I hope it all goes well. Fingers crossed......
