Apologies - didn't mean provider, meant customer!


I'm writing this in the hope that people will read and NOT join talk talk!


I joined them and had nothing but faults with the line.


I eventually witheld payment until they agreed to let me go without a £75 disconnection fee. Then I paid up.


I have now got a letter from their solicitor asking me to attend court, despite a) admitting that I have paid and that TT made an error in passing the account to them b) they have evidence I have paid the bill in full c) I recorded the phone call between myself and the Credit Control people at Carphone Warehouse, where they took the details and told me it had all gone through and my account balance was now cleared.


Again - you couldn't make it up! Looking forward to seeing what they have to say in court, despite me telling them again this morning I have paid it, I am sure that they will keep going!

Lived through bankruptcy to tell the tale! Worked in various industries and studied law at university. All advice is given in good faith only :)
