Hi, just a quickie...

was looking to fill in the Survey on the Home Page, but am just a little confused re one question:

where it asks for you to state at which stage of the process you were refunded, the drop down box with the list of numbers has an asterisk next to it (which I assume is a key to state which each of these numbers mean)...

but for the life of me, I couldn't find this key?

Any help would be gr8 pls, and I hope I'm not being dim and overlooking sthng...;-)

NatWest - £538 charges refunded... PLUS COMPOUNDED, CONTRACTURAL, UNAUTHORISED INTEREST at 29.69%... ;-)

CL Finance (from GE Money) - £98.28 refunded... INCLUDING COMPOUNDED CONTRACTURAL INTEREST at 29.90%.... :-)

Link Financial (from GE Money) - partial refund (£247.26) from total claim of £410.03... on we go... :rolleyes:

Sorry, my fault. I didn't copy the key when I converted the code to the new front page - oops.

Anyway, for the time being, here it is:

* Stages

1. Letter requesting charges refund - refund sent.

2. Started On-Line Claim - refund sent.

3. Started On-Line Claim - Bank Defaulted - refund sent.

4. Bank acknowledged claim - refund sent.

5. Bank filed defence - refund sent.

6. Court date allocated - refund sent.

7. Bank Appeared in court - hasn't happened yet.

I have a query about the survey too. you used to be able to find out from the survey results at what stage the banks were settling but its not there anymore. This info would be particularly useful for a letter I am about to send to Barclays prior to my hearing on 17 Jan. I am going to the hearing and I wanted to use this to add to my evidence that they are abusing the court process.
