I rented a personal garage off someone which is in fact residential and not for commercial purposes.
We agreed a sum and I have had to extend the period in which I keep the items.
However, I asked the landlord to review the rent and writes letter stating that the space occupied is a fraction of what was used, furthermore, nowhere in the contract did it say he would also have some of his items in there.
I was led to believe I was the only person to have a set.
