Cabot/Mortimer CCJ - old CAT debt - ignored everything due to terminal cancer treatment period

Debt gone from 1000 to 1450 and a ccj ,how do I deal with it.

 

I'm on disability benefits due to cancer and a terminal illness. 

 

Cab tried including my pip in income and my child's disability allowance which legally isn't my money it's his for his needs.

 

The court want 50 a month I can only afford 10

Tell the courts you have a terminal illness and due to the illness you can only afford XX a month. Also did the claimants/catalogue know abut this illness.

No I've never admitted the debt due to health issues were my priority because of chemotherapy and mental health. 

The original debt was for 1000 with fashion world catalogue now it's 1450

Send the court a n245.

I never said admitting the debt l said were they aware. did you tell them that your ill as if you did then you could tell the courts they have done this knowing your ill.

No I never contacted anyone about my illness

Fill out an n245 for £5pcm 

Put on the form, everything was ignored as I was going through treatment for terminal cancer

Do I need to declare disability benefit Pip and my child's disability,,,reason I ask they are not means tested and shouldn't be classed as income ,,the money I receive is for disability support etc and needs

thought you can and they would know they are not TIC anyway.

You must declare all your income......they will take into account what is classed.
