Hello, I have received a Letter Before Claim from Overdales Solicitors / Lowell regarding a PayPal debt.  I have previously requested a copy of the CCA and received a bundle of documents.

I realise that I need to complete the forms, but I’m wondering how likely is the monthly offer of payment to be accepted or may they still choose the court route?

Many Thanks

Thanks for the reply ……. so having looked at the link provided, do I still request all of this information even though I have received most of it?  Thanks again.

Depends who you asked for it and when.

Thanks for the replies.  So I requested the copy from Overdales about 4 months ago.  When they sent it to me several weeks later, they included a copy of all transactions made and a copy of the Default Notice sent by PayPal a few years ago.

Hello, so I have read the upload instructions, I only have my phone and I’ve downloaded a couple of apps but I’m struggling.  Is there any information / advice you can give me to check my documents?  Thanks again.

I suppose I need to know that the CCA I received from Overdales is compliant, so what should I look for?  I am thinking that as they have also provided the statement of transactions and a copy of the OC’s DN then possibly things r in order.

Secondly, if they have not provided every form on your paploc checklist, then should I request everything including what I’ve already received?

Thanks

Thanks for the reply.  I know you are the ones to look at it, the point is all I have to work with is my phone and I’m struggling to work with an app and get it all done and that’s why I was asking was there another way around it.  Thank you, it’s not that I didn’t want to upload.

At the moment it’s just in paper format, as I have previously tried with the phone scanning process with other documents for fear I inadvertently uploaded something I shouldn’t.

Everyone else here manages ok even with a phone, but if you want help, as all the others have you must make the effort.

Even if you put up a mass pdf and you leave a ref or AC number showing we can always hide the post, or even redact things for you

You only need to remove YOUR pers details like names address ref/account numbers, not dates figures or anything else

It's to protect you incase they have a spy, but as we know our registered members and of course Our and your GDPR responsibility.

Take clear photo of each page all text

Use a photo editor to redact stuff.

When done use the mergetopdf website listed

Look at others uploads too!!
