Hello everyone!

I'm just starting out in looking into reclaiming bank charges for me and my partner (who has now been getting obscene charges for about 3 years month after month) Time to do something about this and find out more about something that seems everyday but doesnt have to be it seems?!! I'll go about reading the FAQ as told(!) and if anyone can help would be much appreciated.

We have personal accounts with Natwest and want to go about getting back some of those many pounds in charges.

Cheers xxx

Be patient and you will get all your unlawfull charges back, you are right to read up and this will help you try reading up on natwest via search, and any questions stick to this thread and peeps will help along the way, i would say good luck but you wont need it if you follow most claims.

Hello Dingnation

We have just joined this wonderful site and would like, if we may, to learn from everyone who have managed to beat the banks at their own game.

My husband and myself have a big dispute with our HSBC bank, who have been, we suspect, ripping us off for years and before them, it was the Midland Bank. I wish I had known about this Forum before as, like I suppose everyone else, we just paid the charges and didnt think it was wrong. With my Son-in-Law's help we have finally found some like minded people who dont just roll over and take it anymore.

I have got quite far down the line and wish to know how I can download the schedule to complete my official breakdown of the charges and interest we have had taken from us for over six years, but can only claim for that period.

My youngest Son has about three institutions who need taking to court, so he has more grievances than we have.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
