I paid within the 30 days to remove the CCJ entirely.
I hadn't done anything about the charge notice (PCN) and subsequent Court Claim, as I was abroad (changed jobs) from the beginning of the year and sadly only found out after the judgement in default.
I would like to know if paying the whole debt ordered by the court effectively means admitting the fault and accepting the PCN or if there is still some way of challanging it and getting any money back?

It would cost you £275 to challenge this with no guarantee of it being removed.

Ok you have a solid reason upon why you didn't respond to the claimform and would almost guarantee a set aside, but, these no stopping cases are notoriously difficult to defend after the event.

You've paid, the ccj doesn't show now so cant hurt you

Dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
