Erudio deferral delays intentional? Not responding

Do you mean the FOS?  The FSA dont usually get invilved in individual complaints?

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

ah! FCA their new name (well 15yrs ago:pound:) for the FSA.

this must mean they have had a series of complaints then.

Oops , not sure what I did there. Not to worry. All good. 

 

They didn’t help directly.  

 

It’s just Erudio rules of conduct are governed by the FCA and they are duty bound to reply to complaints within three days.

 

So  advisable to use their complaint procedures rather than emailing their customer service.

 

Become a pain in their ass and ( assuming you occupy a reasonable position) you’ll more likely get what you want.
