Hi, sent SAR to Hellifax in June but as usual they have taken my money and given nothing in return. Is there a template letter on the site that deals with this situation? The link I have found leads to a 'coming soon' page? I am about to make a complaint to the Information Commissioner see what that will do?

If they've taken the money for the SAR then call them, and ask why you've not had the information.

 

Either the main switchboard on 01422 380880, and ask to be put through to Mr Ken Patton, or call Customer Releations on 08457 253519 and get them to check the account for your request.
