I wrote to the Halifax about 2 months ago asking for copies of statements but they haven't replied. I didn't send the letter recorded delivery so I'm going to start again and send it recorded this time. I'll keep every1 posted on this, any advice would be greatly appreiciated!

This is Lloyds forum, I'm sure a mod will move it over, however read the templates there is a section about non reply to S.A.R - (Subject Access Request)'s as they can get in a lot of trouble for not doing as they are told.

 

They are likely to say it was lost in the post *yawn*

 

Give them a call as well, get on their case, go to your local branch if needs be
