Parkingeye ANPR PCN's - all won

Recommended Posts

Got five of these won them all. Easy job

Never tell them you were the driver and all the burden of proof falls squarely with them. Check grace periods (minimum 20 mins), ask for photos from the site of entrance, exit signs and other warning signs. Check lighting as well to see how easy signs can be in dark, especially if yours was at night all these things will check to see if they are BPA compliant

Thought grace was min 10?.

What do you mean by won?

They cancelled every invoice in writing to you or court wins?.

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Minimum 10 mins on entry to read and accept proposed terms, minimum 10 mins on completion of parking event to enter vehicle and exit safely. BPA stipulates minimum only as it may take you longer than others due personal circumstances.

The British Parking Association (BPA) Code of Practice (Code of Practice)Section 13.3 “Where a parking location is one where a limited period of parking is permitted, or where drivers contract to park for a defined period and pay for that service in advance (Pay & Display), this would be considered as a parking event and a Grace Period of at least 10 minutes must be added to the end of a parking event before you issue a PCN”

Appealed to POPLA and got them cancelled for various reasons

@Langbank  so you "Appealed to POPLA and got them cancelled for various reasons"

It's highly unlikely that POPLA will ever cancel any parking charges as POPLA is managed by the PPC's.

We never recommend appealing to POPLA as mostly all you'll do is remove your rights under POFA.

You sure about that?  It's run by the Ombudsman Services according to a search and yes, I've won them all with POPLA

Do you have a complaint with Parking on Private Land Appeals [POPLA] that you haven't been able to resolve? We're here...

Because it's easy to accidentally reveal who was driving and remove your rights under POFA, because the PPC's run POPLA so it encourages them to think you're a mug who's falling for their scam and because why would you give any credibility to an industry based on scamming people.

Do not appeal to POPLA.

  • dx100uk changed the title to Parkingeye ANPR PCN's - all won

We tend to be suspicious of people turning up for the first time and explaining how they have already won their case or cases.

Most people tend to come here looking for help.  You have come out of the blue with apparently five wins so why you

would come here afterwards is rather unusual unless you are perhaps a troll from another parking site.

It may take a little time for us to a accept that you are genuine so please bear with us 🤠
