Had no fault accident in company car

Last year someone ran into the back of my company car causing damage to the bumper. It was not my fault and the third party insurer paid to have the car repaired without a problem. I am about to insure my own car for another year, do I need to tell the insurance company, even though I was driving a company car and it was not my fault.
