My mother signed up to buy a 3 piece suite for my sister They had an agreement that my mum would pay the bulk of the payment of £40 and she would pay £20 My sister has turned extremely nasty on the whole family due to mental health issues and we have all become estranged My mum wrote to her asking for her to take over paying the full amount but this has fallen on deaf ears and we have now discovered that my sister has actually sold the suite It is in my mums name and is still on finance. Has she broken the law?

We aren't very good at guessing games here so maybe you could tell us a bit more about when you bought it, when the hinge broke, when you complained to them, how much did you pay, and any other relevant information -

None of the pundits are speculating over how long Johnson might take to go, even though any other PM would have. Here are Martin Kettle's thoughts on it. This mutiny should be the end of Johnson. But never underestimate his sheer lust for power | Martin Kettle | The Guardian WWW.THEGUARDIAN.COM The prime minister’s sense of entitlement will mean he has to be dragged kicking and screaming from Downing Street, says Guardian columnist... -
Ah cool. I thought I'd show some compassion first and applied for an Order One requesting 14 days extension to my deadline to give me time to unravel this mess, but in the same breath, my reasoning outlined all of the issues such as non adhesion to directions, non adhesion to bundles etc... I didnt want to come across as a heartless money-grabbing tenant but on the other hand I did want to show that I did notice her complete lack of respect for the system. Could go either way, but looking at her complete insanity in her "defence" which I since noticed had TWO statements of case, but they were called "explanation of eviddence" and in some random format, so it'll be interesting to see what the outcome is.

Now being pressured again. Tom, what is the situation with this radio. Do you want us to return it to you, or are we buying the radio back? With best regards, Sam Hayward They clearly don't understand the law and think they can choose to reject the cancellation, and offer a 'buy back'. I don't really want this to escalate but he's been so unpleasant about it from the start it seems inevitable.
