Cap 1 & Dryden

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

Today I got a letter of claim from Dryden.

This for a fairly large, but v old debt (unfortunately not over 6 years old though!).

im planning to sent them an SAR, which should pause, and essentially tell them to go swivel, as it did with the Sainsbury’s one I had.

your sage advice is gratefully appreciated, as always,

There is a tide in the affairs of men, which, taken at the flood, leads on to fortune;

Omitted, all the voyage of their life is bound in shallows and in miseries.

On such a full sea are we now afloat, and we must take the current when it serves,

Or lose our ventures.

I sent a CCA request to them on 25/04/21.

Got nothing back!

What are they playing at!

It is printed and will go tomorrow.

Since it’s just over a year, I guess it’s on a ‘reminder’ just to see if I've moved.

I am not going anywhere.

  • 2 months later...

Got another letter of claim from Dryad.

I'll follow the same procedure.

Not sure why they keep on though!
