Why would I be sending you all the information relating to the accident if you are not the policy provider?
Who is liable for the damage to my wall?

Good morning,

ARC is not an insurance company however we do handle claim son behalf of amazon.
The delivery service are a third party contractor employed by amazon to distribute the goods. They are their own company with their own insurance.
Amazon gives the delivery companies the option to utilize their insurance coverage to have claims processed.

I have been in touch with Capulus Claims 03448562263 and spoke with Shaun at 11.27 today 21.03.22.
He said he has no information on this claim and advised me to give you their email address.
Still no contact from this insurer.
No contact from my email to this insurer. When I spoke with Shaun above he had no knowledge of this claim.
Ongoing !!!

I suggest that the easiest thing to do is to proceed against Amazon .


What is the value of the damage that we are talking about here ?

Have you got quotations for the repairs ?

Have you suffered any other losses ?

When you have all this kind of information together, then you should write to Amazon at the head office, give them all the information and tell them that you are looking forward to a rapid reimbursement.


And then if nothing has happened , in other words if you've had no reply or you find that they are flanneling you and trying to divert you to their insurer then send them a letter of claim and then start a legal action .

Please be aware that they will try to  divert you to their insurer .


you should make it clear that you're dealing with them and it's their problem and you want it settled without any further delay
