My daughter bought me a blender online for christmas,  part of the plastic blender tops were cracked when we opened the box.

 

I informed Currys online and they arranged for a collection to be made.

 

The blender was collected on the 6th January 2022 ,

i phone Currys 14 days after , as stated for all returns, and asked when i would receive a replacement, i was informed within 10 days.

 

Today is the 8th Feburary and STILL no blender....

 

anyone had the same issue????

This has to be the worst company selling electricals.

They could have given me an exchange on the collection date of returns for a faulty item.

Clearly as you bought it online it must been paid for by means of a credit card or debit card.

Probably a debit card – phone the bank and begin the chargeback process.

Write to Currys and tell them that this is what you're doing. Tell them that you are no longer interested in a replacement.
