Hi all, 

 

I have received a letter from NCP stating that I parked in the station car park without paying…

 

I share my car, I’m not sure if it was me. I also always pay and display… the images doesn’t show my dash … 

 

Really appreciate  all the help. You guys are amazing

so NTK is too early should be 29-56 days for operator captures.

 

its also a railway car park which will been enforced by railway byelaws which are a (de)criminal(ised) matter for parking and can never be enforced by a stupid PPC that issues speculative invoices

 

on this thread and your other please get the parking sticky done, stop hiding locations and await letters of claim for both well if they are brave enough..

Well if you weren't the driver you are in the clear since nowhere does it state where you parked! Astonishing. The PCN is non compliant since it obviously should say where the car was parked. As that is a major mistake that should be too embarrassing for NCP to even think about going to Court with I would say you were pretty safe.

For either option, does it say which appeals body they operate under.

Just says if appeal is unsecuessful, you can challange to POPLA

What is so different about this dash to yours

Don't make any assumptions on what evidence they hold based upon the images included on the speculative invoice ("SI).

Follow the link they provide and download a copy of all the images they hold which are likely to be more numerous as well as of greater size, quality and detail than those included on the SI.

There's only one car park in the whole of Perivale then.  Fancy that!

 

That's on top of all the other reasons why the PCN is pants that the others have pointed out.
