Hi. I expect the guys will be along to try to help as and when they're able to get here. Perhaps you could post up your defence please and their Particulars of Claim to kick this off? Cover up your personal details I expect the guys will have other questions. If you don't mind my saying, I can't see that you've read any other PPC threads unless you did that while not signed in. The clue is that you're calling it a 'fine'. You have 10 days to get clued up on this, you have time. HB -
Just looking at the current views on the ins and outs of an October election and saw this "Case, who worked as Private Secretary to Prince William before being given his big promotion by Johnson, knows whereof he speaks. Have they forgotten Johnson unlawfully proroguing Parliament already? - Case spouting johnsonisms through his teeth it seems

Hi Brad, Yes, always post on your own thread - we'll see your post and it avoids hijacking other threads. You have good examples of HMRC seeking to have tax appeals Struck Out on Schipoo's and Dixon's threads. They include content and format. You need to go through each thread carefully and adapt what you find to properly reflect your own case and circumstances.

Yes, you can still pursue the issue if you want . We are happy to help you but if we do help you then you will have to be a little bit more engaged with us and with the problem then you have been so far . If you want to go ahead then start reading up the stories on this subform and also give a succinct bullet pointed chronology laying out the story
