Caught with relative's freedom pass - multiple uses over many months

The illness is quite serious and I am not comfortable to go into details...Let's put it in that way - left eye with double vision and it is not about the glasses to wear..it is about nerve system disruption

 

Do you agree I should mention that 600GBP amount or I shall remove it? I put it there only because TFL mentioned something about the funds..

I'm not asking for details about your illness, I'm just suggesting that you need to explain to TfL why the eye condition means that you need to keep your job. I may be missing something, but I don't see the logic at the moment.

 

With the season ticket and the £600, I tend to agree with dx, it doesn't seem relevant unless it was current at the same time as you were using the Freedom Pass. It would be more convicing if you have bought a season ticket since you were caught, to show good faith.

They could always google the condtion, like I did. You could talk about 'impaired sight', for instance. Don't tell them about symptoms, tell them about the effect on you and your ability to look for another job, say.
