Smart PCN - retail park Angouleme Way, Bury

hello

 

i was issued a PCN yesterday for a shopping trip on 24/12/21 at TK MAXX Bury

 

i'm assured you have 2 hours free stay i was 2 minutes late due to parking congestion company in question Smart parking i have receipts to prove purchases can i appeal ?

If you follow my link in post #2 'Have you received a Parking Ticket?', you need to copy and paste the questions from that into the reply box below, then add your answers in either red or bold please.

There is a 10 min grace period in all private carparks.

Hi  yes ,I press and copy but when I paste it doesn't give me the options to add info .I'm sure it's me I'll keep trying

just copy and paste to a msg box here

then ADD your responses and the end of each question BEFORE you hit Submit reply...green button

i think you problem is you keep hitting the QUOTE button

just type you dont need to hit quote to reply!!

Hi sorry I'm having difficulty (and losing the will to live ) posting and pasting

 

.I'll quickly update.

 

Apparently it has recently become a paid carpark of which I didn't know as its always been free with 2 hrs grace

 

.It's governed by cameras in and out which states I was in the car park 2.02 minutes of the small retail park.

 

Offence  12.50... 24/12/21

 

I received a letter on 19/1/22  fine is £100 if paid before 31/1/21 it will be reduced to £60.

 

Is this enforceable

.company is Smart Parking .

It's a Parking charge notice DX

which is NOT a fine!

 

its a speculative invoice because the driver entered into some imaginary contract when driving onto a private carpark, on private land, which the LAND OWNER, may or may not have signed a valid and paid to date private parking contract with the fleecers.

 

use our search top right in the red banner 

 

type in 

Smart

 

and get reading a few 10's of threads listed there

 

and please copy and paste the ANPR questions from our questionnaire link to a msg box here and answer each question at the end before hitting reply.

Ive parked on there for years ,and all of a sudden its a paid car park .

just type no need to hit quote!!

 

hold left mouse button

drag over and down the ANPR questions so they are all highlighted.(stays blue)

let go of leftbutton

click right button

hit copy

 

come here 

click left in a new msg box

click right button hit paste

goto each question and at its end type your reply.
