Morning,

 

could some tell me if this debt is statue barred please, agreement dated 01/01/2016 which i believe is, no payment have ever been made.

 

also, i already have a SAR from mr lender with the all documents, agreement ect ( no default notice however) , shall i just reply back to moriarty law with the SB letter and not fill the PAP form in? thanks

just staple a copy of their paploc pack front sheet to our sb letter which is in the debt collection section of our library

let it run till near the end of their 30 day reply timeframe.

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Very few things are working days in relation to requests to joe public.
