I might be mistaken but all I can see in the second attachment appears to be just an extract of the court papers?  It only refers to "Project 2" and to "Agreement 2" and there is no mention of the underpinning which I thought was one of the issues at the centre of this dispute? 

 

I can't really be bothered wasting time trying to make sense of this stuff or having to turn my head sideways...

@simeon1964 I have to agree with the guys.

 

It's too much to expect of unpaid volunteers to have to decipher what you mean when it wouldn't be asking much for you to explain it to us properly. Posting up random documents without even telling us what they are isn't how it's done.

 

We're trying to bail you out since your solicitors stopped but you have to help us to help you by giving us proper information.

 

When is this in court next?

The first attachment is the claimant solicitor's letter to Expert witness.

The second is the claimant's witness statement.

The court time table is that Expert witness reply by the 11-November.

I still do not know the strength or otherwise of the OP’s position.

 

I do feel that even if they have a strong position, if they present it to the court as they’ve presented info here, that they’ll snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

the next stage is Expert witness report you already have agreed report.

 

What was it you want that I have been told 4x by different posters, please remind me or reference me.

I am not hiding anything it might be an omission.

We need to see the Witness Statement you filed.

 

We need the see the builder's Witness Statement.  All of it.  Not just the one page you uploaded.

 

(We obviously have the exhibit MW1 so no need to upload that). 

 

Counting this thread and the previous one, there are 22 pages and 514 posts.  It's at least twice as long as it should be because you never explain what you are uploading and we have to ask for things countless times.  Some of the people who have tried to help you, like me, are exhausted now and haven't got the energy to remind and remind and remind. 

 

It's up to you.  It's your 16 and a half grand.  If you can upload the two WSs in their entirety we will be pleased to help you.  If you don't, we won't post.  Up to you.

Both ws & Exhibit MW1 came to me exactly same way as I posted it except for the names.("witness statement of claimant.....xxxx" )

 

The W/S are 13 paragraphs in all attached to it were the exhibit MW1,

 

unless you want to go back and ask claimant for what you foresee might be included/missing as the next stage is November 11 for the expert to report to parties

and if you'd posted the whole lot up as one mass PDF as asked EVERYTIME YOU GET SOMETHING..we again would not have wasted time and numerous posts waiting to eventually see everything..
