04 January 2021: Letter before County court Claim.  30 days given to contact Parking Eye, also enclosed, various documents; Reply form, financial statement (not scanned)

 

Hello all

 

I returned to work today after a three month absence to find Parking Eye has issued  Spec invoice followed by advice that Grace period was up and finally a "Letter before County Court Claim"

 

This relates to one of our lorry drivers that parked overnight.  I am unable to add any more at this stage as he is absent from the business for another week.

 

In short we have received three letters and not responded at all so Parking eye does not know the driver's name.

 

I will read some related threads and would appreciate any comments.
