These virgin entries were blank but recently showing as missed payment, the address is my parents and I have no idea what these are?

I can only think that there may have been some rolling contract Sims?

But shouldn't these have been defaulted?

I can't go another 6-7 years until these come off.

I was looking to get a mortgage in around 3 -4 years

Also any idea why these lowells still show?

No default date thou it says they are in default.

For Virgin Media, suggest you send them a request for the information they hold on you using SAR template letter.  The entry suggests you had a contract with them and not a pay as you go arrangement.  You can raise a dispute with them about the entries.

For the Lowell entry, this does not show when you missed a payment.  Contact the Bank you had the credit card with to get hold of your information.  When did you default on paying this ?  Did you take out a credit card in 2016 and then default soon afterwards without paying ?

We could do with some help from you.

  • dx100uk changed the title to Non payment now showing on credit file after 3 years

these debts have been sold to lowell DCA, and prior to this sale, were the A/C's showing against Virgin Media/original creditor but not missed payments?

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
